Truffle Butter Recipe


For 6 people

  • 250g salted butter

  • 25g to 50g fresh truffle or truffles conserved in alcohol


  1. Take your butter out of the refrigerator at least 1 hour in advance. Room temperature butter will be easier to work with and allow the infusion to begin.

  2. Grate the​ truffles in alcohol or fresh truffles into your butter.

  3. Mix everything until the mixture is homogenous and the truffles are evenly spread

  4. 4. Use plastic wrap to mould the butter into a roll or block

  5. Leave in the fridge for 72 hours to allow it to infuse with truffles. You can also freeze this mixture for later use

  6. Enjoy this truffle butter on toast, pasta, rice, or steamed potatoes.
